This 2022 has been a spectacular year in which we have been able to enjoy all the images that you have sent us. Thanks to your photos, votes and interactions, we have grown and strengthened the digitanimal community.
After such an incredible 2022 calendar, we have not hesitated for a moment to repeat the contest for this new year. In addition, in this edition we wanted to compensate your participation and we have decided to include several surprises that we think you will love.
What is the photo calendar competition about?
The calendar contest will be held during 2023 with the aim of selecting a winner each month. To carry it out, each of the months a reminder will be made through digitanimal’s social networks to encourage participation. And, on the other hand, the winners will also be announced in this way.
As in the previous edition, Digitanimal will pre-select the two finalist photos of each month and your votes will decide which is the monthly winner. The photos will be published on our social networks, although voting will only be possible through our Instagram account. Everyone will be able to participate in the final selection of the monthly winners. However, and only exceptionally, digitanimal reserves the right to select the winning photo in case it is convenient in any month.
Finally, a prize will be awarded to each winner of the competition. As a first novelty this year, in addition to the winner, the runner-up will also be rewarded. The prizes will be explained later.
Who can participate and how?
The competition is open to people of legal age who are resident in Europe and UK
To participate, there are two options:
- Send your photos to the following email address: info@digitanimal.com.
- And/or via our social networks instagram and facebook. If you write to us by private message, we will ask you to send us the photographs by email, whenever possible, to avoid possible loss of quality in the image.
Along with the photographs, it will be necessary to indicate the name and surname of the client to whom the devices that appear in the participant’s photograph are associated, whether they are their own or someone else’s, in order to be able to apply the competition prizes in our database.
What are the requirements?
To be eligible for the prize, the competition photographs must show livestock animals (cattle, team, goats or sheep, preferably extensive or semi-extensive) and, in addition, at least one of them must have the digitanimal device in place and visible. The photographs must be real, so those from another website or similar account will not be accepted.
We remind you that participation in the contest implies the consent to use the images for the purposes that digitanimal considers appropriate (such as its social networks, its website and other activities for commercial and/or corporate purposes).
What is the prize and what are its conditions?
In the 2023 competition we wanted to reward you with a top prize, not only for the winner but also for the participants. In addition, for the first time the runner-up will receive a special discount.
The winners of the photo calendar competition will receive a 120€ discount voucher which they can use towards the purchase of new devices. In addition, they will receive a special mention on our social media for their participation and the possibility to receive a physical calendar containing all the winning photos at the beginning of next year.
The runner-up will be awarded with a 60€ discount coupon for the purchase of new devices. They will also have the chance to receive a physical calendar.
Winners and runners-up will have a period of 3 months from the communication of the monthly winner to apply for the discount. The prizes cannot be combined with other digitanimal discounts or promotions.
On the other hand, all participants who have not won will receive a 20€ discount coupon that can be applied to the purchase of new devices (repairs, complementary material, maintenance and/or renovations are not included, neither for participants nor for winners/finalists). In order to receive it, the photographs must meet the aforementioned requirements and photographs that are repeated from other months or that have won in previous years will not be accepted. This coupon can be added to the active discounts on the page and only 1 will be received, even if the participation is repeated every month.
